Our family is looking for a warm, dependable, and engaging part-time nanny/family assistant to care for our son as he approaches his first birthday.We're hoping to find someone who enjoys spending time with young children and is interested in becoming a trusted, long-term part of our family's routine.Position Highlights:Seeking at least 2-3 consistent days per week, 5 hour shiftsadditional 1-2 evening shifts (e.G. 6-9pm) per monthWe ask that initial scheduled visits involve candidate observing child parent play/interactions to get an idea of child's needs, and preferences etc.Once completed, there will be prospect for a paid trial shift and gradual transition with a parent at homeHourly rate to be discussed based on experience, qualifications, and availability (flexible rate)We're looking for someone who is:Experienced with providing care to infants or toddlersWarm, patient, reliable, organized, ability to multi-taskFlexible with changes to baby routines/schedules,
