Canada Cartage seeks an experienced Truck & Trailer Technician to enhance our maintenance team. This full-time role offers competitive pay and comprehensive perks, working from Wednesday to Saturday.
The ideal candidate will have over six years of truck, trailer, or heavy-duty equipment experience. If you are a licensed journeyperson or possess strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance inspections, repairs, and efficient diagnosis to meet industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and diagnostics
• Troubleshoot and repair truck and trailer equipment
• Complete repairs efficiently to industry standards




• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Communicate equipment issues to management
Requirements:
• 6+ years of relevant heavy-duty equipment experience
• Journeyperson/Red Seal certification is an asset
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Prior CVIP and On-Road/Off-Road experience preferred
