We are seeking a seasoned MIG Welder Fitter for an industrial manufacturing environment focused on vacuum systems. Ideal candidates will have over seven years of experience in MIG welding, fitting, and fabrication. The role will be hands-on and requires a detail-oriented approach to reading blueprints and managing welding operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute MIG welding and fitting tasks effectively
• Interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and welding diagrams
• Set up and operate welding equipment
• Fit, align, and assemble components for fabrication
• Conduct quality inspections of welded components
Requirements:
• Over 7 years of MIG welding and fitting experience
• Robust mechanical aptitude in welding
• Proven ability to read technical drawings
• Experience with mild steel and fitting processes
• CWB Welding Certification is a plus, not mandatory
