Camponi Housing is looking for a dedicated Peacekeeper to aid residents in 24/7 supported living apartments. Collaborating with SCIS, you will apply a harm reduction and trauma-informed approach tailored for individuals facing significant challenges. Your commitment to patience and empathy will facilitate a safer, harmonious living space for those who are often hard to house.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mediate conflicts and foster understanding
• Write daily logs and incident reports thoroughly
• Engage in active listening with residents
• Work with team leads and authorities effectively
Requirements:
• Robust interpersonal communication abilities
• Completion of conflict resolution training
• Maintain composure in pressure situations
• Certification in First Aid/CPR is essential
• Additional training in Naloxone and harm reduction preferred
