Fraser Health is currently looking for a Registered Nurse to provide direct nursing care for post anaesthetic patients. The successful candidate will leverage their nursing skills while working in collaboration with an interprofessional team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care that respect’s each patient’s dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments of post anaesthetic patients
• Administer nursing care per physician and anaesthetist directives
• Foster effective communication within the healthcare team




• Coordinate patient care and delegate responsibilities as needed
• Uphold safety and therapeutic standards in patient environments
Requirements:
• Must have graduated from a recognized School of Nursing
• Current registration with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives
• Minimum of one year recent nursing experience
• Capability in initiating Intravenous Therapy
• Robust decision-making skills in emergency situations
