RED Mountain Resort is hiring Ski and Snowboard Instructors for the upcoming 2026/27 winter season in Rossland, BC! This engaging role requires instructors to teach with a focus on fun and safety for all age levels.
As a seasonal instructor, you'll provide personalized lessons to clients at various skill levels, including school groups and individual lessons. Available as full-time or part-time positions, this role emphasizes the importance of guest service and qualified representation of RED Mountain Snow School.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality ski and snowboard lessons
• Ensure exceptional service and positive experiences for students
• Attend and engage in required training sessions




• Give constructive assessments of student skills
• Manage groups with diverse abilities effectively
Requirements:
• Must be flexible to work 2-5 days including weekends
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills required
• Ability to lift and assist students as needed
• Hold valid CASI, CSIA, or equivalent certifications
• Dual certifications considered beneficial
