Key Responsibilities:



• Act as liaison for Epic Connect site communications • Ensure alignment of training and access controls • Track project outcomes and operational metrics • Manage customer satisfaction and improvement initiatives • Coordinate across functions for project success

Requirements: • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field required • 3-5 years in healthcare; 5 in project management • Proven leadership in complex environments • Expertise in problem-solving and workflow management • Solid verbal and written communication skills
