In your role as Youth League and Program Manager, you will oversee youth sports leagues, including facilities for skating and hockey camps. Collaborating with centralized programs, you will ensure consistent delivery and enhance community connections through sports. Your leadership will be pivotal in cultivating customer relationships and promoting programs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily sports program operations and staff
• Enhance customer experience throughout all sports leagues




• Develop solid community connections and customer loyalty
• Drive program sales through effective marketing strategies
• Aid in the execution of the Annual Operating Plan
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in a supervisory role within sports
• Relevant degree or college diploma
• Preferred First Aid/AED certification
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Clear police check for vulnerable sector needed
