Candidates will 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in facilities maintenance. They must have basic understanding of schematics, plans and blueprints. They must have knowledge of lock out tag out procedures. Work setting

Candidates must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook and basic computer skills. They must have the ability to meet attendance requirements. They must have the ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently.
