Key Responsibilities:



• Perform warranty service work independently • Travel to customer sites for window and door servicing • Prepare accurate service documentation post-visit • Address customer inquiries and concerns effectively • Uphold North Star’s qualified image at all times

Requirements: • 2+ years of construction or installation experience • Valid Class G driver’s license • Strong understanding of home construction technology • Proven reliability and punctuality • Safety-conscious with independent work capabilities
