Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will strategically lead sales initiatives within your territory while focusing on the growth of BMO’s Digital Wealth Business. Your role involves optimizing sales training, managing key relationships, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective service delivery. Your expertise will support the execution of dynamic sales strategies in collaboration with product teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate relationships with retail distribution channels
• Provide comprehensive sales support and coaching




• Coordinate with product teams for effective sales training
• Serve as the primary contact for InvestorLine in your region
• Track the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts
Requirements:
• 5-10 years of relevant investment sales experience
• Undergraduate degree required
• Completion of CSC and CIRO licensing within six months
• Robust understanding of investment products and sales strategies
• Proven sales success with exceptional interpersonal skills
