Our team is looking for experienced professionals in security to help create a safe shopping experience. If you have 1 year of relevant experience and a valid Ontario Security License, your skills are in demand. Your focus will be on preventing incidents while ensuring customer satisfaction and providing a secure workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Observe and report on customer interactions and potential issues
• Engage in effective crowd management and conflict resolution
• Document daily activities and security incidents accurately
• Conduct authorized interventions as needed
• Use two-way radios for efficient communication
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of security experience in retail
• Valid Security License and First Aid training
• Proficient in writing professional reports
• Ability to stand and patrol for extensive periods
• Knowledge of applicable laws including TPA
