- Provide general administration support and pension administration tasks for clients' defined benefit plans
- Perform routine and recurring plan administration tasks, including benefit calculations, annual data updates, and pension benefits statements
- Collaborate with WTW plan administrators, actuaries, and the client service delivery team
- Understand plan designs, including benefit formulas, options, and eligibility
- Update documentation materials, work papers, and audit trails
- Use Professional Excellence tools and concepts to support efficient, quality service delivery
- Serve as a contact for clients' human resources personnel
- Administer plans according to plan documents and government regulations
- Participate in team meetings and training activities
- Maintain accountability for agreements and commitments
- Maintain complete and accurate case notes
- Complete special projects as needed
- Answer client questions, resolve issues, and complete projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in mathematics, statistics, finance or another major with significant quantitative course work, with a solid academic record
- Solid mathematical and analytical skills
- Work experience demonstrating strong technical and/or client service skills
- Ability to solve problems and share solutions to exceed client standards
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a close team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Completed Summer 2026 Pension Outsourcing internship with WTW
- Bilingualism in French and English required
- Employment-based non-immigrant visa sponsorship and/or assistance is not offered
