Adult & Teen Challenge of Central Canada is seeking a Campus Program Manager for the Women’s Recovery Program in Brandon, MB. Guide and support women in a structured, faith-based recovery environment.

In this vital leadership position, you'll manage staff, oversee program operations, and ensure a safe living setting. Responsibilities include tracking student progress, maintaining accreditation standards, and engaging with multiple departments to deliver effective services. You will vitalize the program through fundraising efforts and pastoral care.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee staff and student engagement in the program • Manage class schedules and special events • Ensure proper record-keeping and documentation • Maintain safety and code compliance throughout the facility • Support family involvement and student admissions • Uphold accreditation and educational standards • Engage in fundraising and partnership activities • Offer pastoral guidance aligned with Christian values

Requirements: • Strong communication and organization abilities • Willingness to collaborate and learn • Capacity to model Christian principles • Class 5 driver’s license essential • Open to pursuing ministry credentials
