As a Packer on the second shift, you'll be responsible for a variety of functions in the laminated mattress department. Key Responsibilities:
• Build mattresses using foam components on the assembly line
• Apply glue consistently throughout the packing process
• Perform quality checks using tape measure and visual assessments




• Prepare finished products for shipping with accurate labeling
• Ensure cleanliness and organization in the workspace
Requirements:
• Some relevant experience preferred, but not essential
• Must pass fit and respirator tests set up by the company
• Capable of lifting 20 - 40 lbs regularly
• High school diploma or GED is necessary
• Effective communication and organizational skills
