Key Responsibilities: • Lead negotiations for MSA, SLA, NDA, and AI-specific contracts • Partner with Sales and Finance for deal execution • Draft and negotiate new legal templates • Build productive contract management processes • Respond to evolving legal challenges and inquiries

Requirements: • JD/LLB and active law practice status • 3+ years in SaaS/Tech legal roles • Strong communication and cross-functional skills • Capable of managing multiple deals under tight deadlines • Bilingual advantage in French desired
