You will have at least 5 years of experience creating effective professional education programs. In this role, you will design innovative training for lawyers from student to partner levels, including AI-driven educational initiatives. Collaborate with firm leaders to continuously enhance curriculum quality and measure program success, all while upholding McCarthy Tétrault’s commitment to excellence.
