As an experienced Area Supervisor, you will report directly to the Production Area Superintendent and oversee daily operations and EH&S; performance. Your expertise in power engineering will guide the operations team toward safe and efficient plant performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure workplace safety and adherence to protocols
• Train and develop a team of operators and technicians
• Manage maintenance activities to optimize plant reliability




• Lead compliance with Process Safety Management programs
• Act as primary Power & Utilities contact with stakeholders
Requirements:
• First Class Power Engineering Certificate and technical diploma
• 15+ years of relevant industry experience
• Experience in commissioning and operations of complex facilities
• Strong knowledge of process safety programs
• Proven leadership skills in managing operational improvements
