Reporting to the Director of Care, as a Registered Nurse, your primary focus will be on providing exceptional nursing care in accordance with Optima Living’s person-centered philosophy. Your responsibilities will range from developing care plans to direct nursing duties and record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and recommend resident care plans
• Provide direct nursing care and administer medications
• Record and monitor health care needs and resident conditions




• Support end-of-life care while ensuring comfort
• Assist in training new health care team members
Requirements:
• Valid AB nursing license and CPR certification
• Experience in residential care settings
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage diverse, complex situations
• Willingness to work flexible hours
