Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum of 3–5 years of retail management experience within apparel retail.




- Proven success leading a sales-focused retail environment and achieving business targets.
- Experience managing, coaching, and developing a team.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, inventory management, and customer experience.
- Ability to analyze sales results and use data to drive decisions.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and employees.
- Results-oriented with a passion for achieving sales goals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient with retail systems, POS technology, and basic computer applications.
