We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and experienced individual to provide part-time support for our elderly parents in Mississauga.This position is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with seniors and understands the importance of helping older adults maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.Primary Responsibilities:Drive our parents in their vehicle to medical appointments, grocery shopping, community activities, and places of worshipAccompany them during appointments and errands when neededProvide companionship, conversation, and social engagementAccompany them on neighbourhood walks and outingsAssist with occasional light household tasks and organization as neededWhat We Are Looking For:Previous experience working with seniors, whether through caregiving, healthcare, senior services, community support, or similar rolesValid Ontario driver's licence with a clean driving recordComfortable driving our parents' vehiclePatient, respectful, dependable, and professionalStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent references demonstrating reliability and trustworthinessPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting older adults with transportation and appointmentsFirst Aid and CPR certificationVulnerable Sector Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)Experience as a PSW, healthcare aide,
