As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will implement AgeCare’s policies, engage with physicians, and ensure that each resident’s care needs are addressed. You will lead Personal Support Workers, contributing to the overall wellness and support of the residents through effective teamwork and communication.

Key Responsibilities: • Implement policies with Registered Nurse oversight • Inform physicians of changes in resident health • Work collaboratively with health care professionals • Guide Personal Support Workers in daily care • Assist in shift reporting for optimal care delivery

Requirements: • Background in geriatric or long-term care nursing • Valid Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses • Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations • Experience in rehabilitation nursing is advantageous • Member in good standing with nursing authorities
