Key Responsibilities:



• Plan and execute impactful training programs across franchises • Facilitate various learning sessions including in-field coaching • Ensure sales teams are certified and competent • Assess training needs in partnership with leadership teams • Track training impact and progress using learning platforms

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree with 3–7 years in training or sales roles • Expertise in adult learning and sales methodologies • Dynamic presenter and robust communicator • Bilingual (English and French highly preferred) • Proven experience in medical device market dynamics
