As the Spiritual Care Education Manager at Parkland, you will direct and monitor educational initiatives for Clinical Pastoral Education students and spiritual care volunteers. This role demands a graduate-level theological degree combined with eight years of related spiritual care experience, including four years as an ACPE Certified Educator. Your expertise will enhance the provision of spiritual and emotional support for patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:



• Supervise CPE students through seminars and individual assessments • Develop educational programs for staff and spiritual care volunteers • Collaborate with the Spiritual Care department for program coordination • Serve as a resource for internal and external inquiries on educational efforts • Maintain national accreditation for Clinical Pastoral Education

Requirements: • Graduate-level theological degree or equivalency • Eight years of spiritual care experience required • Four years as an ACPE Certified Educator • Must possess an Ordination or Ecclesiastical endorsement • Excellent communication and organizational skills required
