As a Building Liaison, you will interact directly with tenants to uphold building rules under the Residential Tenancies Act. This part-time on-site position emphasizes relationship-building and communication, while helping to address tenant issues as they arise. Your role is vital in fostering a secure and trusting environment.
Key Responsibilities: • Assist tenants with adherence to building policies • Maintain open communication with the Manager • Report tenant behavior changes to management • Participate in the mediation of tenant disputes • Keep incident records and maintain safety protocols
Requirements: • At least Grade 12, with social services education preferred • Relevant experience in mental health support • Understanding of tenancy laws • Current Police Information Check necessary • Certifications in First Aid and Mental Health First Aid required
