Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking individuals to join as Apprentices with a clear path to General Manager. You will learn to run day-to-day restaurant operations, from scheduling and P&L; management to hiring and training great people, all while delivering aGuest Obsessed experience. You’ll lead on duty shifts, ensure rapid, accurate service and a positive guest experience, and develop crew members using Chipotle training tools. The role involves a 50-hour workweek, including evenings and weekends.
