CBI Home Health is expanding its team in Guelph and surrounding areas. As a Personal Support Worker, you will assist clients with their daily activities and ensure they are safe in their workplace. An emphasis on client-centered care will guide you in your daily responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities: • Assist clients in performing light exercises and routines • Monitor and report client health changes to supervisors • Conduct light housekeeping according to client needs • Ensure safe travel between client homes • Enable clients to maintain their independence effectively
Requirements: • Certification as a Personal Support Worker or equivalent • Valid driver's license and insurance for travel • Current CPR and First Aid certification • Strong communication abilities in English • Commitment to work alternate weekends
