Make an impact in trades education as a Program Lead with Ampere in Kawartha Lakes, Ontario. This full-time permanent role requires solid organizational skills and expertise in workforce development.
As a Program Lead, you will drive the development and execution of trades and manufacturing programs for adults. Your focus will be on creating operational plans, managing subject-matter experts, and building partnerships with employers and contractors. You will ensure that programs are responsive to rural, remote, and Indigenous communities while tracking learner outcomes, such as job placements and progression toward retirement pathways.
Key Responsibilities:
• Translate program goals into operational plans with delivery schedules

• Support recruitment for sessional trainers and mentors
• Build partnerships for training administration and grant navigation

Requirements:
• Experience managing end-to-end programs in workforce development
