As a Junior Funds Paralegal, you'll work to: Prepare initial drafts of LP transfer documents (transfer agreements, consents, subscription agreements) Liaise with transfer parties on process and timings, and assist with execution workflows Work closely with lawyers and senior paralegals, contributing to high-quality client delivery across fast-moving, high-volume matters Build commercial and legal expertise over time, with opportunities to take ownership of client accounts and progress towards qualification as a practicing legal professional.
