**Part time Nanny / Housekeeper (Potential for Full-Time) – Family Position**We're a busy, welcoming family looking for a reliable, caring, and proactive nanny/housekeeper to become an important part of our home.We're hoping to have someone start **this summer** to help our youngest child become comfortable while their older siblings are home to make the transition smooth and enjoyable. Beginning in **September**, the older children will be back in school, and the primary focus will be caring for our youngest, along with helping keep our home running smoothly.We also have **two friendly French Bulldogs**, so we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys dogs and is comfortable having them around as part of daily family life.**What we're looking for:**A warm, patient, and engaging caregiver who genuinely enjoys spending time with young children.Someone who is organized, dependable, and takes initiative.Comfortable with light housekeeping and helping maintain an orderly home.Able to prepare simple meals and snacks for the children.A dog person who is comfortable around our two Frenchies.Open to occasional travel with our family (or available to travel if opportunities arise).Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation are an asset.CPR/First Aid certification and previous childcare experience preferred.**Responsibilities include:**Providing attentive, loving care for our youngest child.Planning age-appropriate activities, outdoor play, and learning opportunities.Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes, organizing toys, vacuuming, etc.).Meal and snack preparation for the children.Occasional assistance with the older children before or after school as needed.Letting the dogs out and giving them some attention throughout the day as needed.**Schedule:**Part-time to start, beginning this summer.Opportunity for increased hours and potentially a full-time position for the right person.We're looking for someone who is interested in building a long-term relationship with our family—someone who will feel like an extension of our home rather than just an employee.
