Drive data integrity and performance as a Database Specialist at Waterloo Regional Health Network Foundation. This hybrid role emphasizes donor database management, reporting, and analytics to support fundraising initiatives.

Reporting to the Manager of Database & Integrations, you will maintain Raiser’s Edge as you uphold data accuracy and integrity. Expect to develop queries, manage reporting, and provide insights that advance the mission of the Foundation. Your work will directly influence fundraising strategy and collaborative events with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:



• Maintain and administer the Raiser’s Edge donor database • Develop queries and reports to support fundraising operations • Process and import gifts accurately from various sources • Provide training and support to staff on database usage • Ensure compliance with CRA receipting standards

Requirements: • 2–5+ years of experience with donor databases • Robust CRM skills in Raiser’s Edge or RE NXT • Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy • Familiarity with Excel and Power BI is preferred • Excellent organizational and communication skills
