In this part-time role, you will conduct thorough nutritional assessments and collaborate with families and the healthcare team. Your insights will help individualize residents' diets, ensuring their dietary needs are met, and you will participate in health quality audits and committees that enhance care quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess nutritional needs at resident admissions
• Provide ongoing monitoring of high-priority individuals
• Analyze dietary intake through Food Intake Studies




• Educate residents and families on nutrition and care plans
• Support compliance with health legislation and standards
Requirements:
• Registered Dietitian with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English
• Extensive knowledge in geriatric nutrition
• Familiarity with dietary software preferred
• Excellent time management and communication skills
