As a Highway Lead at CIMA+, you will oversee significant highway projects from design through to construction execution. This important position requires strong leadership in project delivery and business development. You'll work closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality standards and build long-lasting relationships within the community and industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all phases of highways project delivery
• Coordinate technical reviews and project quality checks
• Supervise stakeholder engagement initiatives and public consultations




• Foster business development and client relationship management
• Mentor staff to develop a team-oriented team environment
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Technologist’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 15+ years in project management with highway engineering focus
• Excellent understanding of Alberta highway standards
• Strong client relationships within Alberta’s transportation area
• Experience with Indigenous engagement processes is an asset
