Aspire Bakeries is hiring a Production Supervisor for our Winnipeg, MB facility. This role focuses on leading production teams and driving continuous improvement in a dynamic and unionized environment.

As a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that production goals for safety, quality, and efficiency are met. You will foster employee development through coaching and feedback while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your ability to lead and motivate will shape the success of our bakery operations.

Key Responsibilities:



• Direct production teams towards achieving performance objectives • Coach and mentor unionized staff for effective development • Organize scheduling and production activities efficiently • Track material and labor performance and implement improvements • Ensure adherence to safety and GMP standards

Requirements: • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent required • Supervisory experience of 3-5 years preferred in manufacturing • Proven leadership in motivating production teams • Excellent communication and analytical skills • Availability for adaptable scheduling, including long shifts
