Nova Scotia Health seeks a Human Resources Business Partner for the Central Zone, providing strategic HR leadership to senior leaders. The role collaborates with People Services to deliver HR solutions aligned with policies and union agreements, and coaches managers on performance and workforce planning.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years in HR within a complex, unionized setting, CP HR preferred, and solid communication skills in English (French is a plus).
