In your role as a Registered Nurse, you will support clients with complex medical needs through comprehensive nursing care. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care focused on clients' individual needs • Administer medications and monitor health status • Provide care for clients using tracheostomies and ventilators • Assist technology-dependent clients in daily living activities • Collaborate with professionals to ensure quality care
Requirements: • Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario • Minimum one year in acute care or community nursing • Experience in ventilator and tracheostomy care required • Solid assessment and teamwork skills • Obtain a Valid Vulnerable Sector Check
