AGADA is seeking a People Operations Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations, onboarding, perks administration and immigration support. You will coordinate performance management, maintain records, and ensure compliance while partnering with leaders to scale People programs in a growing therapeutics research company. Reporting to the COO, you’ll help build scalable practices, support employee experience, and drive engagement across a expanding scientific organization in Halifax waterfront
