Lead offshore service operations as the Offshore Shift Supervisor, managing a team responsible for V236 turbine maintenance. Ensure safe, compliant work execution throughout each shift.
As the Offshore Shift Supervisor, you'll report to the SOV Shift Manager while leading technician teams in servicing offshore wind turbines. You will manage operational planning to ensure adherence to safety standards and customer requirements. Your role includes continuous monitoring of weather conditions and logistical support for secure equipment and personnel transfers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Directly supervise technicians maintaining offshore turbines • Ensure operations align with safety and regulatory standards • Serve as the primary contact for crew and customer interface • Assess weather conditions for operational decision-making • Coordinate all crew transfers to ensure compliance and safety
Requirements: • At least 5 years in commercial or industrial mechanical environments • Strong knowledge of VOB SCADA operations • TBC 300 Core & Specific Tasks completed or A-Level proficient • Pathway to AT-LT status within 6 months required • Must hold a valid driver’s license and travel readiness
