We are looking to expand our team with 30 Senior Management Consultants across various specialties for part time, fully remote work supporting frontier AI research. Projects start at $130 USD/hour, with higher pay for experts with outstanding credentials.

This role includes designing expert-level evaluation frameworks and problem formulations that today’s leading AI models struggle with, as well as evaluating and pressure-testing frontier AI systems. This is not tutoring, teaching, or generic annotation work.

Who We’re Looking For

You are a senior consultant or advisor with extensive experience working on complex, ambiguous, high-stakes problems, and are comfortable applying structured judgment in technical or analytical contexts.

This role is well suited for professionals at the Senior Associate, Manager, Senior Manager, Principal, Managing Director, Partner, or equivalent level.

Ideal backgrounds include:

- Consultants with experience in core consulting domains such as change management, financial advisory,



operating model design, transformation, or value creation at any of the companies mentioned below
- Current or former consultants at leading strategy firms (McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, etc.)
- Current or former consultants at elite strategy boutiques (Oliver Wyman, Strategy&, Kearney, EY-Parthenon, LEK Consulting, Roland Berger, etc.)
- Current or former consultants in Big Four strategy practices (Monitor Deloitte, PwC Strategy&, EY-Parthenon, Accenture Strategy, etc.)
- Current or former consultants in advanced analytics and AI strategy groups (BCG GAMMA, McKinsey Analytics, Bain Advanced Analytics, QuantumBlack, etc.)
- Former consultants now in corporate strategy or AI strategy roles (Big Tech strategy teams, Fortune 500 corporate strategy groups, AI lab strategy functions, etc.)

Minimum Qualifications

- Fluent English reading and writing skills
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or advanced advisory roles
- Demonstrated ability to structure, evaluate, and pressure-test complex analyses or models
- Track record of work with senior stakeholders and high-impact organizations
- MBA and other advanced degrees preferred but not required; equivalent experience strongly considered
