About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Advisor to the CEO and Lead for the Interim Strategy Execution Office. This role is pivotal in establishing and coordinating the multi-year implementation plan to support the strategic vision. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up the governance, planning frameworks, project structures, and implementation tools necessary for the development of a Multi-Year Operational Plan. This plan will position the organization for the successful execution of its strategic priorities, starting in 2027. Key accountabilities include leading the Interim Strategy Execution Office, developing and executing a structured work plan,
designing project governance structures, and facilitating engagement activities. The role also involves leading the development of the 2027-2029 Strategy Map, identifying risks, and preparing strategic materials for Board and committee meetings.
Applicants for this role at the company should have a proven track record in strategic planning and execution, with the ability to work closely with senior leadership to oversee the development of multi-year plans. The role requires a strategic thinker who can provide recommendations to address risks, particularly those related to resource constraints and staff capacity. The Senior Advisor will be expected to deliver a range of outcomes, including the establishment of the Strategy Execution Office, the development of a Strategy Map, and the preparation of various strategic materials. Solid leadership, communication, and facilitation skills are essential, as is the ability to identify and align organizational resources with strategic priorities. The position is temporary, with a focus on the delivery of the 2030 implementation-planning program and the establishment of organizational readiness for strategy execution in 2027.
