VHA Home HealthCare is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a team serving pediatric clients in homes and schools throughout Ontario. You will assess, consult, and implement interventions guided by evidence-based practice, coordinating with the client care team to promote independence and seamless care.

You’ll document findings, treatment plans, progress and discharge summaries, and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
