As a Lead Estimator, you'll coordinate the efforts of a multi-disciplinary team to create exact cost estimates for infrastructure projects, including hydroelectric and power systems. Your technical expertise and leadership will help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, contributing to Stantec's mission to modernize infrastructure. Working flexibly either from home or in office, you’ll be a key player in project success.

Key Responsibilities:



• Manage development of comprehensive cost estimates and schedules • Collaborate with estimators on project disciplines • Establish estimating execution plans and site-specific criteria • Conduct risk assessments and support procurement activities • Interface directly with clients to secure alignment and clarity

Requirements: • Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field • At least 10 years in estimating and construction experience • Proficient in hydroelectric and electrical infrastructure estimating • Experience with leading estimating software and scheduling applications • Strong ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders
