With at least 10 years in the railway engineering industry, you’ll manage projects and lead a specialized team in delivering quality solutions to clients such as CP and EXO. This leadership role encompasses strategy development, team management, and promoting innovative engineering practices in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee team performance in project execution
• Collaborate on multidisciplinary engineering opportunities

• Provide guidance and mentorship to the engineering team

Requirements:
• Graduate in Civil Engineering with 10+ years of relevant experience
