- Hold a university degree in an appropriate field of specialization (engineering, administration or other); a graduate degree will be considered an asset.
- Have good knowledge of the following software: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Have ten (10) years of relevant experience in the field, including two (2) years in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of the Baie-James territory would be an asset.

Responsibilities
- Plan and ensure the strategic and financial management of the department.
- Lead maintenance and rehabilitation operations for infrastructure.
- Manage human, contractual and administrative resources.
- Ensure compliance,
risk management and occupational health and safety.
- Represent the department and maintain relations with partners and authorities.
