Key Responsibilities:
• Process invoices, expense reports, and transactions accurately
• Match purchase orders with invoices and ensure proper coding
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve issues promptly
• Prepare and maintain payment details for review
• Adhere to financial controls and maintain records
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in accounting or relevant experience
• 1-2 years' experience in accounting roles
• Understanding of Canadian accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Non-profit experience is an asset
