LHH is currently recruiting for multiple experienced Litigation Legal Assistants for various sophisticated law firm clients in Metropolitan Grand Rapids .
We are eager to hear from candidates who have the following:
2+ years of experience in various areas of litigation.
Areas of litigation focus include, but are not limited to Insurance Defense, Commercial Litigation, IP Litigation, Plaintiff focused litigation and others.
Experience with calendaring, docketing, filings and client correspondence.
Proficient with helping attorneys enter their billable hours, expense reports and other administrative tasks as required.
Proficient with litigation related documents including orders, stipulations, motions etc.
Hybrid schedule will fluctuate depending on the clients.
