Engage in impactful nursing as a Registered Nurse in the Critical Care Unit at North Bay Regional Health Centre. This role requires strong critical thinking and communication skills in a agile healthcare setting.Within this specialized 16-bed unit, you will care for patients needing constant supervision. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide specialized care for both cardiac and surgical patients. Previous Medical/Surgical and Critical Care experience is highly beneficial.Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes
- Perform advanced nursing interventions and assessments
- Work with a diverse health team for patient care
- Conduct health education for patients and their families
- Uphold safety standards for patients and colleaguesRequirements:
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
