Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in land use planning and five years of industry experience, preferably joined with a Master’s degree. Key Responsibilities:



• Coordinate various land development planning projects • Collaborate with stakeholders for project success • Support staff growth through mentoring and training • Cultivate client relationships and business opportunities • Travel as needed for internal and external projects

Requirements: • Degree in planning, geography, or similar • Active membership with Ontario Professional Planners Institute (OPPI) • At least five years of progressive land use planning experience • Experience with planning policy and development processes • Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
