In this position, you will be supporting numerous projects for clients across all WBM departments. The role requires the ability to design, organize, and facilitate multiple concurrent projects and operational activities among a wide variety of internal and end-user stakeholders. Comprehensive knowledge and experience with project management, IT infrastructure, and IT operations is vital. Skills leading the development of complex processes and problem-solving activities is also essential to ensure integrity of project policies, objectives, services, and deliverables.
