United Way BC is on the lookout for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong skills in data analysis and business processes. In this role, you'll bring a minimum of three years’ experience researching and presenting data to support strategic objectives. You will work across teams to develop solutions that inform and track community impact, contributing to enhanced organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop reports and dashboards for key performance metrics
• Conduct analyses to provide insights into donor strategies
• Support improvement of operational workflows and data governance




• Educate teams on effective data use and communication
• Keep detailed process documentation up to date
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science, Business, or similar
• Three years in analytical roles, focusing on data and reporting
• Database management and BI tool expertise (SQL, PowerBI)
• Robust capabilities in statistical analysis and problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
